Ayurveda is the science of living, developed meticulously by the devout 'Rishis' of ancient India. This is the study based on the fundamental principles of 'Panchabootha' [earth ,water ,air , fire and space.] exsisting in nature and inside man.
This Indian system of safe health care emphasis on the prevention of ailments with no side effects. Ayurveda helps to attain harmonious balance of the three functional vital energies [the Vatha, Pitta and Kappha] enabling you to enjoy a healthy life. Ayurvedic therapy along with Yoga practice is the Holistic Way to attain mental and physical rejuvenation, happiness and longevity.

Ayurvedic medicines are prepared from natural and organic materials making it the only totally eco-friendly medical science now known. Ayurvedic rejuvenation programme comprises mainly of Pizhichil, Kizhi, Dhara, Vasthi and Avisnanam. All the ayurvedic health care programmes are done under the supervision of a qualified doctor.

Traditional ayurvedic BEAUTY CARE programme arranged on request. Though ayurvedic therapies are done all year through, the masters of this science recommended the months of Midhuna and Karkidaka [June-August] as the best time of the year to gain the best result of this therapy.

Pizhichil: Simultaneous soft massage with lukewarm medicated oils for the whole body. This rejuvenation therapy will prevent ageing ,scales, wrinkles and is also a treatment for paralysis and neurological complaints .

Njavarakizhi: Hot herb enriched rice boluses bound in cloth pouches applied rhythmically on the body . This is good for muscular weakness and prepares a person to bear the stress and strain of today's busy life. Duration is one hour.

Elakizhi: Herbal leaves in cloth boluses dipped in medicated oil massaged on the body. Is good for spondylosis and joint pains. Duration is 45 minutes.

Sirodhara: Medicated buttermilk is poured as an even stream on the forehead using traditionally practiced equipments . This is good for insomnia and also relieves mental strain.

Thailadhara: Medicated herbal oil poured continuously over the whole body. Is good for muscular complaints.

Dhanyamaladhara: Warm medicated rice water poured over the whole body to stimulate the nervous system.

Sirovasthi: Luke warm medicated herbal oil is retained in a cap fitted on the head for about an hour. This is good for facial palsy and headaches. Duration is 55 minutes.

Kadivasthi: Medicated oil is retained on the lower back is good for backaches. Duration is 55 minutes.
